MY ROLE: copywriter & e-comm content producer

THE PROJECT: It’s difficult to convey product specs with enough technical information for customers to make an informed decision, yet simple enough that it’s easy to understand. CRAFTSMAN’s audience being the middle-ground between construction professionals and DIYers, we had to do exactly that— simple, yet robust.
